Palm Springs Hotel Dili is the city's first five-star property — an elevated stay experience that blends contemporary comfort with the signature warmth and hospitality of Timor-Leste. We are built for both the business and leisure traveller, with spacious, stylishly appointed rooms and suites finished to international standards.
Each of our 150 guest rooms and suites is equipped with thoughtful detail: double-glazed windows for a quieter stay, rain showers, premium branded toiletries, an iron and ironing board, in-room safe and high-speed connectivity throughout. From the entry-level Deluxe to the Presidential Suite, the brief was the same — anticipate the guest, get the small things right.
Beyond the rooms, the hotel runs three signature dining venues, a rooftop bar with the longest happy hour in Dili, an outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness centre, and 670 sqm of versatile event space — including a 285 sqm rooftop ballroom that has quickly become the address of choice for the city's most considered gatherings.
